The Slab has been prepped

We visited our house on Friday to see the progress. You may remember that our PM had something scheduled for every day this past week and the expectation was that the slab would be poured by Friday so that they could start framing Monday. Unfortunately, but not unexpectedly, that didn't happen. It appears the slab has been prepped, but either the inspection got delayed or they just didn't get around to pouring the slab on time. Our guess is that the slab will not be poured until Wednesday due to some rain in the forecast on Monday and we are guessing it will need to dry out a little on Tuesday. Also, we finally got a quote for the fence! It is a little more expensive to have Ryan do it, but it seems worth it to avoid having to get HOA approval and meet the contractor ourselves after moving in. We decided on a 6 foot vinyl fence (it's one of two approved by the HOA) around the back yard. Here is a picture of what the fence should look like:

We are giving the PM a few days to email us on his own to avoid feeling harassed, but as of now we haven't heard anything since the last email that indicating we should have a slab by now.
